Just off the famous Tatsumi Bridge in Gion, Kyoto, the restaurant is tucked away down a narrow alley. The restaurant is worthy of the word "hideaway" and is filled with the deep charm that is unique to Gion. The owner is a genuine chef who has been training in Japanese cuisine for over 30 years. Using seasonal ingredients such as fish delivered directly from Awaji Island and Wakasa Bay, and Kyoto vegetables delivered from farmers, he skillfully expresses the changing of the seasons on his dishes.
